Monte is a notorious killer, thief, and drug dealer. He is brought into a drug deal by a college student, Andre, who peddles marijuana for him on a Southern California college campus. Andre tells him about twelve kilos of cocaine that three associates at his campus have come across but that have no clue as to how much it is worth or how to move the weight.
